The Industrial Front Panel is available in numerous different versions. With the help of our modular system you can assemble your Front Panel according to your requirements. Interface extensions and different CPU variants are also part of the modular system. Your advantage: You receive an individual Touch Panel without additional development costs.

Operating systems

Christ develops hardware-oriented embedded operating system images for Windows and Linux. We take into account requirements for boot times, functional scope and system protection. We define and implement the appropriate functional scope (drivers, write protection, installed programs), optimize for system stability and boot time and, if required, offer the "autorun" option with automatic application start, version management and use of Enhanced Write Filter. Front panel with compact technology for industrial applications

Choose flexibly from numerous performance classes, exactly the performance you need for your application. Despite different CPUs, nothing changes visually on the housing. This is due to the uniform form factor of the boards, which are compactly installed in the rear cover. This results in two separate housing parts, the front and the rear unit. The unification allows different display diagonals and different intelligences to be combined.

Sometimes the interfaces provided by default are not enough. That's why we offer you expansion options with additional add-ons. You can also choose different upgrades for the memory and expand the standard memory size.

The Front Panel is passively cooled and does not use fans. Thus, you get maintenance-free Front Panels that can also be used in demanding environmental conditions. The heat generated is dissipated via the case. For small display diagonals, rear covers with cooling fins are used. This allows a temperature range of 0 to 50°C for all diagonals.

Touch operation at the highest level

We use the latest generation of touch controllers, which are particularly sensitive. For error-free machine operation, we calibrate the touch to your individual specifications. The sensitivity is optimally adapted to your environmental conditions. Water or dirt on the display are thus no problem for safe operation. Also for the use of gloves, in rough or hygienic environments, the touch can be calibrated to your requirements.

In addition, the new touch controller is characterized by particularly high EMC stability.

We are also breaking new ground in terms of display diagonals. This means that in the future we will offer you Full HD resolution throughout from 13.3 to 21.5 inches. For this purpose, we have introduced a new diagonal with 13.3 inches, which lies between our standard sizes with 12.1 and 15 inches.

Installation Industrial Front Panel

The Industrial Front Panels can be inserted from the front into the recess provided. The tight aluminum frame on the front gives them IP65 protection. On the rear side, the Front Panel can be fixed with the help of threaded pins.

New design for Front Panel

The design language of our Front Panels is visually a highlight and functional at the same time. It was important to us to develop a housing whose design prevents dirt and liquids from settling. This also reduces the amount of cleaning required.

Thanks to the new, modern design with beveled surfaces and edges, you get a Touch Panel that meets different requirements. The housing concept runs through all our new housing variants, such as Industrial VESA or Industrial Automation.
