Industrial monitors in focus - What makes them unique?
Industrial monitors are specially designed for demanding applications in machine and plant construction. The use of industrial grade components makes them particularly robust and durable.
In the field, industrial monitors are used to display machine data, visualisation or MES applications. If the distance between the industrial PC and the touch monitor is too great, so-called remote monitors can be used. Here, data is transmitted to the monitor from a distance of up to 100 metres using a transmitter. The big advantage is that the data can be transmitted without loss and the one-wire solution eliminates the need for complex cabling.
Special industrial monitors have also been developed for use in the pharmaceutical and food sectors. The hygiene requirements here are particularly high. These requirements are met through the use of stainless steel and food-safe seals. The devices have a completely hygienic design and fulfil protection class IP69. Depending on the area of application, you can choose between monitors for installation, so-called hygienic front panels, or industrial monitors for mounting arm installation, so-called hygienic VESA automation devices.

Material and housing

The rugged design of industrial monitors protects the equipment from dust, moisture and other environmental factors.
Protection ratings, in particular IP65 and IP69, ensure that our monitors are protected against dust and water. This makes them ideal for demanding production environments.
All monitors are IP65 rated at the front. The rear is IP20 as standard. IP65 can also be achieved by extending the rear cover.
As IP69 is required throughout the pharmaceutical and food sectors, our industrial displays are designed for these industries.
From different sizes in inches to impressive resolutions, our monitors offer a wide range to suit a variety of needs.
Flexibility is also key when it comes to industrial monitors. That's why most product ranges are available from 7 to 24 inches. From 13.3 inches, all displays are available with Full HD resolution.
The wider the viewing angle, the easier it is to read the information on the display, even if you only look at it briefly. It is particularly important to have good visibility from all four sides. The wider the viewing angle, the better the brightness and colour reproduction.
To ensure safe and ergonomic operation, our industrial touchmonitors offer an extra wide viewing angle. Most offer a viewing angle of H 89°/89° and V 89°/89°.
