What warranty periods are possible?
The standard warranty period is 12 months; this period can be extended to 24 or 36 months at an additional cost.
How long is the delivery time?
For standard devices, the delivery time is 20 working days after order receipt. For customer-specific OEM developments, it is 10–16 weeks after technical release.
Can devices be adapted to support arm systems?
Our standardised VESA mounts offer various adaptation options.
Is a solution with higher degree of protection possible?
Panel PCs can be upgraded to IP54 or IP65 protection using various optional solutions.
What are Christ's default passwords?
The default login via SSH or on the debug console is for i.MX6 devices user 'root' with the password 'root123' and for x86 devices user 'christ' and password 'christ'.
