What warranty periods are possible?
The standard warranty period is 12 months; this period can be extended to 24 or 36 months at an additional cost.
Is there a declaration of conformity for our products?

How long is the delivery time?
For standard devices, the delivery time is 20 working days after order receipt. For customer-specific OEM developments, it is 10–16 weeks after technical release.
Can devices be adapted to support arm systems?
Our standardised VESA mounts offer various adaptation options.
Is a solution with higher degree of protection possible?
Panel PCs can be upgraded to IP54 or IP65 protection using various optional solutions.
What are Christ's Linux default passwords?
The default login via SSH or on the debug console is for
i.MX6 devices user 'root' with the password 'root123'
x86 devices user 'root' and password 'root'.
For security reasons, it is recommended to change the default password when using the device for the first time.
What is Christ's default Windows password?
For x86 devices, the default user is "Christ" and the password is "Christ".
For security reasons, it is recommended to change the default password the first time you use the device.

Which gloves are compatible with capacitive touch screens?

Why am I not getting a picture on my external monitor from the Christ device display port?
Some older external monitors have problems with the Christ PCs/HMI based on the CPU N3350, which are not DisplayPort 1.1 (also known as Dual-mode DisplayPort or DisplayPort++) compatible.
The solution for this older monitors is to plug in a DisplayPort to HDMI active adapter like Ednet 84517. It’s possible to order this active adapter directly from Christ with our Article Number PA10010163. Just write us an E-Mail to order@christ-es.de.
How can I update a Touch-it CE with Linux?
With our CURT (Christ-Update-and-Recovery-Tool) you can easily update your system and upload your own images. You can find the instructions on the Download page under "Instructions".

How do I use WebConfig? What is the default password?
The default password is 'christ'. A detailed user manual can be found on the Download page under the tab "Instructions".
Where do I find the WebConfig image fitting with my hardware?
The WebConfig images can be found on the Downloads page under the "Images" tab.

How can I update the Web Panel?
You can find the instructions on the Downloads page under the "Instructions" tab.
For a successful update we strongly recommend to perform a factory reset of the Web Panel. Please be aware that the settings you have made will be lost (network settings, passwords, ...). The procedure for the factory reset can also be found on the Downloads page under the "Operating Instructions" tab.
Please use a FAT32 formatted USB stick. Note: not all USB sticks are compatible with the USB boot function.
Supports the Web Panel Java applets?
Unfortunately, web HMIs based on Java applets are not supported.
Supports the Web Panel secured SSL connections?
Yes, you can conveniently manage your certificates via WebConfig or transfer them remotely.
My specified landing URL is not displayed by the Web Panel. What could be the problem?
Please check the following points:
- Can you use another device/browser on the same network to view the destination URL? If no, check the destination web server.
- Does your connection require a certificate (secured SSL connection)? If yes, you need to import the certificate to the Web Panel.
- Have you enabled the "VNC" option on the Web Panel? If yes, disable it, as this connection has a higher priority than the startup URL.
