We support our customers through the entire life cycle of the panels and IPCs with our services. Also after the purchase, we offer you the fastest and most straightforward support possible.

Despite the highest quality standards and extensive functional tests of all of our products, everyday use of our devices can always result in damage or failure of a wearing part. The damaged panel can be sent to us together with the completed repair cover letter and then goes through our RMS system, a standardized repair management process.

After the device has been registered, an acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to the customer. The error is checked and, in the event of a warranty claim, immediately rectified free of charge. Outside the guarantee, we will prepare an individual estimate for you. After your approval, the panel will be repaired as soon as possible. If the endurance test is positive, the device will be sent back to you. We would also be happy to help you with hardware changes and software updates of your devices.
