Modern machine and system operation relies on the use of touch panels. The users know the functionality from their private environment and can thus act intuitively. For some applications, however, it is important to also use haptic operating options in order to avoid errors. The Automation glass Panel was developed for applications where the touch function alone is not sufficient.
With the Automation glass HMI touch panel for industrial applications, you receive a machine operating panel which is suitable for mounting on a support arm with its standard VESA mounting and offers both touch and push-button operation.
HMI Touch Panel for use in harsh industrial environments
The display is IP65 protected and ideally suited for use in harsh industrial environments. The design of the touch area and button field is designed to avoid unnecessary dirt edges. Depending on the display size, between 6 and 8 pushbuttons can be integrated as indicator lights or operating buttons. Thanks to the interchangeable front frame, the push-buttons can be retrofitted directly at the customer's premises while still in operation.
If required, an RFID reader, a key switch or an IP65 protected USB interface with protective cap can also be used. All buttons can be freely assigned and are either directly wired or connected to the central control system via EtherCAT.
Configure the Touch Panel HMI individually
Due to the modular HMI system, the touch panels can be adapted to their exact performance requirements without changing the housing. For even greater individuality, you can choose from a large number of add-ons and upgrades.

Industrial touch panel in numerous display sizes
Our touch panels are available in numerous different display sizes from 15.6-23.8 inches and different resolutions up to Full HD. The compact design with the protective aluminium frame together with the scratch-resistant front glass ensures maximum robustness even under the toughest environmental conditions.
We use multi-touch technology for our touch panels. For particularly convenient machine control, we enable operation with up to 10 fingers. Intuitive operating functionalities known from smart phones and tablets are therefore no problem and ensure an optimal user experience. Use gesture control such as pulling, wiping, rotating or zooming.
Secure protection for Automation Touch Panel
As standard, our Automation Panels are equipped with IP65 protection on the front and rear and prevent the ingress of dirt or moisture. This makes the panels ideally suited for use in harsh industrial environments and withstands even the toughest environmental conditions.

Configuration of the button assignment
The use of a push-button strip increases the possibilities for machine operation functionality even further. With the exception of the emergency stop, the push-buttons can be individually assigned according to your requirements. You define which colour the buttons should have and which labelling is to be applied. An RFID reader and a protected USB socket are available on the left side. On request, we can integrate your company logo into the button strip.
